Remodeled and trying to improve
I was shocked when I walked back in this place for the first time in more than 6 months. It has changed ownership and they actually spend some money to remodel. The stage is new and moved to the back of the building. Everything has been redone. If you had been here in the past you might not recognize it.
You now walk into the adult shop first and then have to make your way back to the strip Club. Guess it is a 2 for one - lol. I asked the guy working in the adult shop what was going on. He told me it was purchased by a company in California. It has been renamed The Pony. He mentioned this company also owns Big Al’s in Peoria and they are making an effort to get this place up to standards. I think they own the one in QC as well.
So good news is there is the chance this place can turn into something. The challenge is it isn’t quite there yet.
Once you get thru the adult shop you go thru a beaded curtain where you pay $10 and there is security there to wand you down. Oh, forgot to say they wanted to scan your license at the adult shop before getting to the strippers. I hate that!! Be prepared for that part.
Once in there are the standard smaller tables with 2-3 chairs. It is BYOB. There is no rail per se to sit right in front and toss your $$. Thought that was a little odd.
