Round two - disappointed

After a fun first trip not too long ago, I visited Delilahs on a Saturday evening a week before Christmas around 9PM and stayed till ~11.

Cover $20, coat check was free but I tipped a few dollars, bought a few cigars up front before security check.

The club was relatively crowded (mixed dudes of all races, mostly middle aged white men) and maybe ~20 dancers total, with most of the common seating (near the stage) taken, I sat down and ordered a few whisky drinks (~$10 each) from a waitress coming around, laid out my singles (after getting change), and waited for strippers to come around asking for tips, while watching the girls on stage. I go with liquor instead of beer to try to avoid the bathroom and tipping the guy there. Call me cheap if you want, but I can dispense my own soap and get my own paper towels faster than waiting for the guy to finish helping others before getting them for me, and I am still expected to tip for a slower service? No thank you.

On this particular night, maybe I sat at a bad spot, maybe because the customers outnumber the girls about 5 to 1, but literally zero girls came around to me to chit chat or ask for singles. Most girls come off the stage and end up talking to a few guys before disappearing, never making the full round.

I start to get bored so I started tipping girls while they're dancing, told them where I was sitting at.
