No Shame in their Nibbles and Nipples Game

Stopped in the Playhouse's special "Nibbles and Nipples" event today on my way into work. They have this event the first Friday of every month. I had been tempted but had never gone to it. The place opens at 8:00 am instead of the normal 12 pm. I must admit, I wasn't proud of myself walking into this place at 8:30 am with the morning sun in my face and only one other patron's car in the entire parking lot (which, is large and free ! - got that out of the way).

They had a handful of dancers working, which you can get the specifics on before hand by dialing up the schedule at (609) 387-7387. Sounded like a decent line-up when I called on Thursday. They had coffee and donuts set up on one end of the large rectangular (!) bar. Sure enough, there was only one other PL there, who was probably equally ashamed of himself, so I posted up on the other side of the bar, paid the bartender my $10 cover and got a "complementary" bottle of water. You get a free bottle of water or soft drink or two with the cover.

This place does not have liquor license - which is probably why it's been a monger institution and the below-the-radar "Burlington Hand Factory" forever. The NJ Liquor Control detectives are the ones who bravely subject themselves to indecencies in liquor-licensed strip clubs and shut them down if consenting adults enjoy each others company too much. Without a reason for those assholes to drop in, I don't think anyone else in New Jersey gives a shit.
