Mediocre experience

I checked out Club Castaway, a gentlemen’s club on the outskirts of western mass in Whately, on the 19th of November. The place has this old-school vibe, but it's more outdated than retro. The dark ambiance is there, but it feels a bit neglected, like the decor hasn't seen an update since the early 2000s. Lighting is just okay – nothing that sets a special mood.

The staff was just alright, nothing impressive. The bouncers gave off a bit of a cold vibe, and the bartenders weren't exactly the friendliest. Service was kind of slow, too. I found myself trying to catch someone's attention for a drink more times than I'd have liked.

As for the entertainment, the performers were doing their thing, but it felt pretty standard. There wasn't much in terms of variety or energy. It kind of seemed like they were just going through the motions, and the music didn't help much either – pretty repetitive and didn’t add much to the atmosphere.
