Decent quick visit with a high barrier of entry

After getting back to my hotel after a birthday bar crawl, I decided to hit up sapphire since it was in walking distance. Got there and was quoted a $40 cover which imo was steep even for nyc (been to Rick's a bunch and the cover was never over $20). Decided to just bit the bullet and pay it.

Entering the club I was greeted by a guy who after finding out I wasn't interested in bottle service just kind of pointed me to the bar and walked away. Got a beer for $11 then went to the front to watch the stage show for a bit. There's actually two stages, one long one with a swing that runs almost the entire length of the club and then a traditional stage with a pole with music videos playing behind it. Imo the middle stage was unnecessary since at least compared to other clubs I've been to, the space itself is pretty large. So this stage that seems to barely be used is just taking up seating space but what do I know I'm not the manager.

After sitting by the stage for a bit a cute blonde comes over and asks if I want company. Forgot her name but eventually asked if I wanted a dance which I said yes. She said there was no touching and it was 1 for 20, 2 for 60, and 3 for 100. Not sure where she learned math but I opted for that one dance which I would describe as "typical" where there was a lot of grinding but nothing really creative. After I met a Dominican named Candy. Great body with curves in all the right places. She asked if I wanted a dance which I agreed due to my crippling latina addiction. unlike the first dancer candy was way more enthusiastic, and just did the usual 20/song. She was putting the "bump" and "grind" in bump and grind. She also initially said no touching but then grabbed my hands and placed it on her ass and all over her thighs so I guess "no touching" is more for tits and kitty. I did have my hands on her butt when a security guy walked by and I saw him silently ask if everything was ok and she said yes so that seems to be fine but YMMV. Unfortunately at the end while she did ask at the end of each song if I wanted to keep going, she did end up quoting me one more song than she actually did. I was gonna tip her a little extra anyway so i wasn't that pissed but it still kinda ended things on a low note. After watching a stage show with two dancers and seeing some guy throw a wad of bills right in their face I decided to call it a night
