basic dances are no touching

Passing through RDU and decided to visit. Cover was $15 ~10PM so maybe it's changed from the $20 in the listing.

There was a small bar and a regular stage area. The bar seemed filled with a lollygaggle of ~10 people, even mix of dancers and fellow PL's. I sat near the stage and chilled for a bit. There were maybe a dozen girls visible, a few black and hispanic with the rest white. The private booths were upstairs. Upstairs was a bit puzzling as you'd need to sit near the edge to be able to see the main stage downstairs. I don't remember a side stage upstairs but there might be a small dark one in one of the corners.

After a while, an average girl came and chatted with me for a while. Dances were $30 and private room was I think 15min for $150. I agreed to test the waters with a couple dances but once it started, she said it was no touching from my side. Not sure if that's the norm in this area but sounded scammy to me so I didn't get more. Private room was likely touching but I lost trust in the communication.
