Second Floor at Tootsie's, Gettin' Shoulder Rubs

Drake and Pitbull have rapped about Tootsie's. The protagonists in HBO's Ballers were chastised for expensing thousands here. It claims to be the number one club in country. Does it live up to the hype?

I had a debaucherously good time here. Tootsie's is a solid club, with hot Cubanas, worth visiting at least once in my opinion. It is also very spendy, and I would not recommend it for the budget conscious.
