Same-old-same-old isn't always a bad thing.
I visited a few weeks ago on a Wednesday night - I was bored, wanted to go someplace that wasn't my usual, but didn't want to go too far. It was a Wednesday, so I went in with fairly low expectations.
In some ways, my expectations were met, in others they were exceeded. I'd been here before, and nothing had really changed since my last visit 8+ months ago. Everything looked clean, the bathroom didn't reek of stale vomit and bleach the way other club's bathrooms do, and it still has the feel of the staff trying to keep ahead of the mess. Kudos to them for that - cleaning up a strip club after a night of drunk revelers isn't something I would want to do, but they do it well enough that it still feels professionally maintained.
I got two dances that night, which honestly is two more than I planned on getting when I got there, but I also had a definite devil-may-care attitude about it. The dances were good - definitely good contact (if one-way), but not spectacular. In my personal history, I'd rate them at about a 6 on a scale of 10, 1 being the worst air-dance I've ever gotten, 10 being the most memorable dance ever. Don't let that number fool you, though - a 6 might seem low, but on this scale it's touching the top third of dances I've ever gotten, so it was a good return for the money I spent. $30/song, with a $10 tip, my tab is now up to $80 (after the $10 door fee).
