A charming dive bar, but low rank as a strip club
What a wonderful gem of a place! Don’t get me wrong, this Claremont lounge is a dive. Pretty cheap here, decently priced drinks. And, technically, strippers. But dear reader, do read on.
Cover was 10 bucks in the place one circular bar on the right when you walk in, dance floor to the left, and And some chairs and tables behind that. Dancers were in the middle of the circular bar on the tiny little stage. The game was just to ball up singles and throw them at the strippers who try to catch them. One woman had a bucket, woman had an elaborate set it increasingly smaller cups. and of course one woman just used her thong.
They’re only about four women working, they would take turns dancing for a couple songs. I didn’t see any private rooms. I was offered a lap dance over the corner, that was, I guess you could say nice? None of these dancers were frankly above a three or four, but they were very friendly. The whole atmosphere was, fun, without being rowdy. But also wasn’t very sexy. The clientele was about 50-50 men and women.
