Thursday Night Visit

My advice, skip this place. Union Jacks is in the same neighborhood and has the same dive bar vibe, but it a much better package. But if you ignore my warning, here's the full review:

I got to Sassy's about 9 on a Thursday evening. I walked from my hotel so not sure about the parking situation. Cover was $3 at the door and I was warned to keep my hands to myself. When you walk in, you know you are in a dive bar. There's an alcove to the right with a stage and some video lottery machines, to the left is the main part of the place. There are two more stages over here, the bar and a scattering of tables.

As advertised the beer selection was large with quite a number on draft. I opted for an IPA. I forget the price but it was reasonable. Another reviewer had mentioned the good stage show, so I took my beer and settled in at the only stage in use. There were maybe 5 girls in the house, all of the heavily tattooed and pierced persuasion. I wasn't particularly impressed with the talent, maybe 4-6's.
