I Don't Know How it Got This Bad

I want so badly to love this place. It's such a great club on the inside. As many have noted, it's impossibly huge. It used to be a BJs Wholesale club. They did such a great job converting it. I got pat down upon entering and paid the $25 to get into the upstairs VIP section. I was escorted to the elevator and arrived on the upper floor. The upper floor has a stage and several couches along with a small bar. Upstairs allows you to overlook the main club below and it's impressive. TVs everywhere, two large bars, loads of tables and two lapdance areas. It was around 10:30 when I arrived and it seemed as though it was just getting ramped up. There were 15-20 dancers in the VIP section, averaging 7 to 9 on the 10 scale. Downstairs must have had 30 more dancers walking around.

I honestly don't think I'd pay for VIP again. There was no real advantage and I actually prefer being able to interact with stage dancers. They have a phenomenal stage show at Tootsies with a 2-story pole and 4 dancers either on the stage or dancing fully nude in front of it at the same time. Music was loud but not too loud.

I sat down, ordered a beer and was immediately approached by 2 Latinas asking me if I wanted company. I agreed and after about 3 minutes of small talk they ask me about VIP. I asked what the prices were and they threw out $1200 for 30 minutes for the two of them. Everything included. They were very explicit about what everything meant. I had been here before and had a tag team approach me and they started at $800. This was like two years ago so I have no idea where $1200 came from. I politely refused and they pushed but eventually gave up and walked away.
