Dull afternoon visit

Stopped by CL on a Wednesday afternoon around 2:30 -- I knew Risque would be dead this time of day. Walked in, no cover before 7. There's a metal detector, but nobody was monitoring it. There were about 15-20 customers and about as many dancers. It was easy to find a seat around the bar which surrounds the four stages inside.

Two dancers were up at a time. That's a good thing about CL, they make sure there's someone on stage. Some other clubs have empty stages from time to time. To do this they pretty much let a lot of slop dance. There were a couple of attractive girls, but most weren't that attractive, which is expected for dayshift.

A fairly attractive AA girl, Vera, sat with me for a bit. Had a fun conversation for about 15 minutes. She then gets distracted with her phone and texts for another ten minutes before leaving without suggesting a dance. I guess something happened.
