Pretty Fun Afternoon at Lace

I'm visiting NY area for a few days this week and took a shot at Lace since it's not too far from where I'm at in Westchester and it has some decent and recent reviews.

Midweek afternoon, I arrived at around 4pm. I had medium to low expectations because, why get my hopes up when I'm not familiar with the area. Ended up having a pretty good time.

It's a medium sized one story building on a busy road in an industrial area with easy, safe parking. You can park in back if you want and quick walk around to the front door. Older guy at the door, just after you walk in. He was happy to say hello, but no cover charge/ID check, at least at this time of day.

Bartender, Jennifer, late 30's maybe, and cute. Very good at her job. Would have considered a dance from her if she were moonlighting on the stage. Blonde, fit, friendly. I got a couple $9 Mexican beers while I was there.

The place is newer than many, clean and well maintained. The mens room is straight ahead from the front door and is in good shape.
