Pleasant club with beautiful dancers
Brass Rail is in downtown Toronto, easily reached by foot or transit. I don't know what the parking situation would be. There was no cover for this main-floor club. Up the stairs is the "Upper Brass" club, listed separately here at TUSCL. The two clubs share dancers and are basically separate spaces of the same club. But the upstairs has a $30 cover to get in. Once paid, you can go back and forth.
The main/ground floor has a stage along a wall, a small bar with just a few seats, and a bunch of padded-metal chairs and cocktail tables. The furniture was all in good shape, but there was too much of it. The place felt crowded even though I was practically the only one in there. If each seat was filled you'd be climbing over your neighbor just to move around.
Water and soda were each $10.75 (in Canadian dollars, with 1 CAD about 0.75 USD).
