Low key Thursday night. Will be back.
Back in D.C. for work and decided to spend a Thursday night checking out this place because it was near my hotel. No trouble with the bouncer out front, friendly guy. Walked up a short flight of stairs and into the main room. It’s sort of a long and narrow’ish space with a staircase leading upstairs on the right and the bar located after the staircase on the right. On the left are seats and a very small elevated stage for dances. Honestly the stage is a lot more like the side stage of most strip clubs. Sat down near the stage and a cute waitress came up and got my drink. It was right around midnight when I entered and the place was not very busy. Maybe 5 guys having a drink at the bar, two other tables occupied. I think there were 8 dancers there. A couple 7/8 level dancers I think depending on your type but none were really my type. I sat by the stage and tipped each dancer. I was the only one doing so which was kind of odd. At some point a couple girls approached and offered to go upstairs for VIP at $200 for 30 minutes. It was already kinda late so I turned them down. The waitress eventually came back and was pretty flirty, she mentioned to me that I could take her upstairs for lap dances, which was surprising to me, but that I had to pay for a full hour. I was tempted, but then some other guy at the bar ended up taking her up on the offer so I was out of luck. Tipped a few more dancers and got out of there. Not sure how much I spent exactly but assume it was around $100. I’ll come back next time I’m in D.C. and see if the upstairs is worth the price of admission.
