Avoid right after opening

I stopped in on my way back to Illinois from Janesville. It was about 11:15 when I pulled in and the doors were locked. There were several cars there, so I figured that they were getting ready to open so I got gas next door (much better gas prices than the Illinois side of the line) and when I came back at 11:30 the doors were unlocked. Bar is right there when you walk in. No door person or cover. Stages off to the right. Dance areas are to the far left and far right of the bar.

No one in the bar, not even a bartender. Sat for a bit, then hit the bathroom (it was cleaner and smelled better than previous visits) and when I came out, I startled the bartender who was back. Ordered a beer (about $3) and had a little small talk with the bartender. She said dancers usually don't start showing up until around 12. I asked about all the cars and she said the owner and managers leave vehicles there.

A regular came in about 10 minutes later and told the bartender that a dancer just pulled in. He then left to run errands for the bartender. Manager showed up and started prepping things. The first dancer (tall blonde) came in and sat with the regular who was now back. A second dancer (Blonde Hair, Diamond?) finally showed up and sat down by me right as I finished my second drink and was about to get back on the road. This was about 12:30. As we started some small talk, the manager called her away to get her payout up front. We had a little uninspiring small talk, She through out a quick "Wanna Dance". At this point, I wasn't feeling it and told her I had to get on the road. Gave her and the bartender a tip and headed out. Left without seeing a single breast.
