a little too much

Dear Golden Dragon management. As a customer, it is obvious that you made way more money 5 years ago than you do now. As a customer, it is also obvious why. Both then and now you had great talent, but five years ago you had set prices for dances that were price competitive with other clubs downtown. Now, the dancers set their own prices, and they are astronomical compared to La Rouge and other local clubs. Even customers that can afford those chock and them, and realize they can walk one block away and get just as high quality for 40 % less. Just walking into the place, it is evident that the only customers that you have that stay there are under 21 college students who cannot get in anywhere else, and can afford those astronomical prices even less than older customers. If you set the dance prices and set them comparable to other local clubs, I can guarantee within 18 months you will make as much or more money as you did 5 years ago.

This club is full of barely legals, both customers and dancers. I was the only customer in there over the age of 25 on a Friday night, and potentially the only customer over 21. The girls were quoting $60 per dance or $180 for three (as if that is a bulk discount). They were selling very few dances, only a couple to me. Girls were making their money off the stage, and it is an excellent stage shows.

If you like barely legals and you are not interested in getting dances or are willing to pay any price, this will be a good club for you. Cover was $10 and a bottle of water was $3.
