Disappointing
This was my first visit to Union Jacks in a long time, but it hasn’t changed much. Free parking off the busy street, but just a few spots so I can imagine parking being difficult on the weekends. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the interior was nicely appointed. I was not asked for a cover at 8 pm on a Monday.
There were two bartenders and three white dancers when I arrived. All the dancers and the female bartenders all rated higher than a 7 in my opinion. I bought a $4 soda. I met with a dancer I knew and got a 3 for $100 dance in a curtained area, which was pretty private but there were several of these areas very close together to the right of the main stage. My dancer said there were cameras overhead (I didn’t see any) and said the club was recently cracking down on any indiscreet activities. This was disappointing, since I had heard there was some fun to be had here, and this dancer had provided much entertainment at a different club.
There was also a $400 champagne room behind a closed door, but I was told there were camera there too. The small second stage was not in use while I was there. No idea what drink prices were, since I only drink water or soda. I’ve heard this place in known for its pole performers, but only one dancer took the stage while I was there. I probably won’t drive out of my to go here again, but it wasn’t too bad either.
