Keep expectations low and enjoy a few beers.

Went to Gold Club on Sunday evening mainly it's my only night off and only 4 miles from the hotel I was staying. Huge free parking lot that has seen better days. Entered club and immediately greeted that there is a cover charge of $20. It was still early and the club pretty much empty. Also, no Veterans discount. just a cross the border, SC clubs don't collect from Veterans. Went in and paid for a $9 Coronna.

Was greeted by a young fit attractive dancer who sat with me at the table.

She explained no one gets o stage on Sundays because it's not busy. So apparently I paid to enter a strip club on a day where none of the staff strips.

Was explained the "house" rules about Champaign rooms etc. Of course, I had zero interest to pay $500 - $900 for them to strip in private. Anyway, was asked to do a private 1 song dance with the young lady who was sitting with me for the past twenty minutes. The private dances are upstairs on small couches that was comfortable enough. The top comes off and light touching was allowed. (at least by the dancer I was with) Official house rules may be different. The dance was OK, and paid the $35 + a tip. Of course management had to go into the lap dance area during mid song to make sure everyone was in order or if they could get me anything from the bar.
