Pleasantly surprised at the Men's Club Charlotte NC 7/25/25

It has been 2 years since I was in a Charlotte Club, but I decided to check out The Men's Club. In the past it was considered the top club in town. I thought I would check it out to see if it had slipped any.

I got in at 12:30 in the afternoon. The parking lot was almost empty, and I almost did not go in, but this place is all the way across town, so I went in and paid the $5.00 entry fee. The girl behind the counter was friendly and pretty. She scanned my I ID and told me that my membership was still good and welcomed me back.

The place was empty. Just me and one or two other men settling at the bar or one of the tables. The waitress put down a menu, but it was so dark I could not read it. I enlisted her help. She said that they were running a special on the stake and potatoes, so I ordered that. It turned out to be good.
