Decent Time with Awkward VIP

I went to this club on a Friday night around 9pm while visiting from out of town. It’s in a nice area with a lot of new development and nice restaurants. There weren’t many parking spots but I came in a Lyft. At the door they charged $15 cover, I gave a $20 and threw $5 in the jar. You show ID and pay cover in a doorway area before you walk in to the full club. The bar is on the right side when you enter. Hardly anyone there when I came in, maybe 5–6 guys. Three dancers were just sitting at the bar. One came up and talked to me for like 20 minutes. She was nice but not my type. She told me about their VIP but wasn’t trying to sell too hard.

I thought VIP was an actual room but later I found out it’s just 4 leather chairs side by side with lights on. No privacy at all, you’re right next to other guys getting dances, which felt kinda awkward. I ended up doing some dances with two different girls. Probably spent around $100 between both. Drinks were good but pricey, spent about $40 total on drinks and tips. I also spent maybe $40 or $50 in stage tips through the night.

By 10pm more people showed up, mix of younger guys, older guys, and a few couples. They have a pool table too and I saw a few guys playing. Some dancers looked good, some not so much. One girl barely danced during her set which was almost funny. A couple of them put in effort and were friendly though, which I liked.
