Abandoned places, I guess we know the score, on and on...
I had a few hours to kill and walked in on a Tuesday afternoon. I'd been there once before and thought I would give it. a shot again. (I have many fond memories of OG...I guess I was searching for a trip down memory lane.)
Upon entry, the layout was freshened up but essentially the same. The biggest difference was the main bar was on the left vs. what is now the auxiliary bar on the right. In the center was another bar that he told me was used at night when they get crowded. I was shown in by the manager to the main bar on the left who apologized for the faerect that there were no girls there yet. (This was a change from OG that I wasn't thrilled about!).
I have to say to my surprise that when they put lipstick on the old pig (OG had become pretty run down in the end) it no longer looked anything like a pig. The bartender was a very pretty blondishes 20 something who was engaging and told me all about how she got to Vegas from Kansas. The manager was very nice and comped first drink since there were no dancers. That said, a strip club with no dancers is a empty bar. I wasn't surprised that with no dancers I was the only poor PL there...and that genuinely made me feel like a PL. I stuck around and had a second beer and was out of there.
Sadly this isn't a strip club review, just a trip to a bar. BTW, on the cheerful side of things they didn't charge me any fee at the door...
