Rhino seems to have returned to the Old Rhino, and that's good news.
I finally returned to Rhino after staying away for quite a while. The last time I was here was probably a year ago and I felt like the value had fallen off completely, just like Sapphire and Crazy Horse 3. Ever since the lawsuit again Sapphire prevailed, dance prices have gone through the roof and the value has plummeted all across Vegas.
Rhino was a pleasant surprise, however. My friends and I walked in for free with no wait because we're local and we drove ourselves. That may seem like no big deal, but Sapphire and Treasures have tried to charge us under the same circumstances.
Pricing was back to normal, compared to the last time I was there. $100 for 15 minutes (plus 2 drinks at $50 total), $200 for 30 minutes (plus the same) and it goes up from there. I did not ask about floor dances, but I saw plenty of guys getting floor dances and they appeared to be far more full contact than they were last year. Probably depends on the girl and how much you're spending, though.
The talent level appears to have returned. I don't think I saw a single girl who wouldn't be a universal 7+. Last time I was there, there were quite few girls below Rhino's old standards, so that was encouraging.
I got one 30 minute session with a ridiculously attractive Cuban girl. The whole cubicle nature of the basic back room is still there and a little annoying, but at least it was comfortable and the cubicles are staggered so you don't really know what is going on around you. The waitress was very fast and not intrusive and it was exactly $50 for the 2 drinks, as expected.
