Pay for what you get

A friend and I arrived via ride share about 10 pm on a Thursday. The guy at the door studied my ID pretty closely and gave a thorough frisk - he was professional, but I got the impression that he had handled some shit before. I don’t remember the exact cover, but I think it was around $40.

Walking in, we were immediately greeted by two dancers who helped us find a seat at a table near the bar. The ladies were young and pretty hot - throughout the night, I’d say the average was 7+. And all types - Asian, Latina, Black, White, all sorts of builds. We probably looked like good marks, but the dancers did a great job of chatting for a long time while we finished our first couple drinks (mixed drinks at $20+ each).

The place is clean and classy. The dress code seems to be enforced, and I saw several couples in the crowd. Crowd looked like typical upscale Vegas nightlife - very few or no thug types. The dancers on the main stage didn’t seem to have their heart in the dances though - and in fairness, they weren’t getting much attention or tips. Hard to say which was cause and which was effect.
