Slow Thursday afternoon visit
I'm not sure this is worth a review, but this club doesn't have many recent reviews. Was at the Harley dealer in the same parking lot so decided to check this Silk out. The exterior is interesting in a good way, looks kind of like a midieval castle. Interior is very nice, but unfortunately the castle theme does not continue inside. The bar is right in front as you walk in, and there is a big horseshoe shaped stage to the right with tables all around it.
No one was at the door when I arrived around 1, so I went to the bar and paid the $5 cover and ordered a $4.25 water from the efficient but aloof female bartender. There was one other customer, like me an older middle aged white guy. Saw four dancers: Young, slim AA dancer who spent the time I was there talking with a young, slim, brown-haired white dancer. A cute young white dancer with great boobs but probably 30 pounds overweight, and a much older white dancer with black hair.
I sat at the stage and tipped, I don't make it rain but around $5-10 per song. Sat there for a couple sets, each dancer when she came on stage asked my name, told me hers then went and went to the center of the stage until the set was over, said thanks as they collected my tips and walked off stage, no other interaction. Sat at the bar for another couple sets, no dancer approached and there was none I was interested in enough to approach so I left after about 40 minutes.
