I've been to Club Rouge many times. Both alone and with my wife. The atmosphere is great, and the dancers are above average in appearance and energy. The drinks are not too expensive but still strong. I recall getting well gin and tonics for like $8.
There are private booths for lap dances in a separate area, which makes for an erotic and sensual atmosphere. The vibe for the lap dances here allows light touching (at least my experience --ask each dancer first). Super hot and exciting young women in this place. It's my go-to when I'm visiting downtown PDX.
