Not much of a strip club, but I was again entertained

Club listings should have a persistent, editable description section to go with the address and such so the same info doesn't need to be repeated in each review (though I guess I'm not going to pay for the required coding). That said, C-Mowe's is a day-shift only club, open noon - 7pm, in a rough neighborhood about 15 minutes across the river from downtown St. Louis. It has a fenced in gravel parking lot. Inside is a large open space, relatively dim, with a long bar on one side. There are two unused stages a handful of tables and chairs, and a pool table. It's very basic, but is clean enough.

I visited on a Thursday around 3pm. There was no cover charge, though a sign on the door said there was a one-drink minimum. A bottle of water was $6 (I think it was $7 last time, so I probably got it wrong then or now). A gentleman next to me ordered a beer for $6 as well; something in a bottle.

There were 6-8 dancers, one black and the rest white. One was very old for a stripper, one was pretty heavy, and one was clearly sick with some sort of head cold (I didn't ask about a Covid test...). Most were unremarkable, but a couple were cute or otherwise had their charms.
