A bit more local feeling than HK and Adelita's

Made my third trip to Tijuana in as many years in mid-December. I arrived at the border by Uber, walked across and took the mini bus which the locals use to my hotel for a one night stay. I ended walking all around the area and spent time mostly in Hong Kong and Tropical.

I had never been to Tropical before but had read here that it was trending up so figured that I'd check it out. I stopped in around 5 pm initially had a beer or two and would say that the vibe and customers felt quite a bit more local than HK. While HK is probably 80-90% Americans, Tropical felt like 80% Mexicans. As others have stated the quality of the girls may not be up to par with HK however plenty of girls and many that were very attractive. I would say the range is mostly 6-8. There is a big main floor and a smaller second floor. On my first visit, I stayed for a couple beers but then left to grab some dinner. A couple of hours later I returned to see if it had picked up at all. Indeed more customers and girls had arrived and they had a customer on stage get molested by two dancers while the one directing the show was a chubby guy in a santa yapping over a microphone. It was relatively entertaining and the molestee seemed to be enjoying himself.

A cute, shyish girl approached and we started chatting. A waiter asked if I'd get a drink. I obliged and we took a seat. She was a very nice girl and easy to talk to. For those that have been to any club some girls have a gift to chat and many don't. She does. After a few minutes she started getting flirty and handsy and it was game over. We decided go to the private area which is $30 to the house and whatever you negotiate with the girl. I had planned on trying the $15 dances for something different while in TJ, kind of a test run but didn't talk with enough girls to try that approach. I have two more trips planned to southern CA in the first half of 2023 and will plan to give Tropical another try on my next trip.
