Maybe it's too close to the holidays.

My last few weekend visits to CG has been fairly weak, but last Friday was one of the weakest in a while. I paid the $10 cover and enter the club. There were maybe 3 customers at the bar, and 4 dancers sitting fairly spaced out over the large bar as you enter. Only about 4 tables were occupied. At first glance there was around 11 dancers the 4 at the bar, 3 at the various tables with customers, and four sitting towards the back of the club. Within the half hour or so I was there a few others came in. By the time 2 for forty was called there was probably 20 dancers.

So with a dancer to customer ration of a bit over 2 to 1 I would expect to have a good time. Unfortunately, only two dancers who I get dances with were there, and they were on the lower end of fun. Only three others there were gals I was interested in, the rest were either not that pretty, or their dances were lame. So I ended up getting one dance from the hottest of the two favorites Arya, and two other newer dancers. I stayed for 3 songs with Arya, one of which was the 2 for 40, and quit after one for the other two.

The dancers must have been told to mention some special "Christmas" dance the week, since the last two or so visits at least one of the dancers mentioned it, and tried to convince me to come, but having visited the club in the past on the holiday's it's been lame, so I am definitely skipping it.
