Quiet. Too quiet.

It has been many moons since I last visited Kittens on a Saturday afternoon. Very different from a year ago.

First, the standard crap. No alcohol; this is Washington. There is a bar next door though. Parking lot wasn’t crowded. I didn’t visit the restroom. Entry and drink was less than $20 ($20 after tip). Interior was unchanged. Neighborhood still not great but probably better than a few years ago.

There are some tables with chairs in the center; and benches with tables along the wall. A main stage and a second stage. LDA and VIP rooms. Main stage was lit. Second stage was dark. Lighting inside seemed less dark than last visit.
