Underwhelming Visit

I made a recent Wednesday afternoon stop into Christie. I arrived around 3:00. Plenty of parking was available. I was met at the door by the prototypical hot door girl who should be dancing. Paid the $7 daytime cover charge.

Nothing has changed with the physical layout of the club. The bar is to the left, there’s a big stage in the center, tables throughout. It’s still one of the nicest looking clubs in town. A bottle of beer ran $6.50.

There were probably about a dozen customers there, mostly middle age guys by themselves. Not a rough looking crowd by any stretch.
