Diablo on a Friday night

I hadn’t been to Casa Diablo in close to a year, but I decided to stop by on a recent Friday night. It located in the Industrial district, kinda in the middle of nowhere, probably like 5 or so miles away from the heart of downtown Portland. You enter the club, and there’s some parking in the lower level, but you have to drive up a steep hill to get to the second level where most of the parking is. I would not recommend doing this if it’s snowing or icy lol.

I think the cover depends of the day. I *think* there’s no cover during the weekdays, and a 8 dollar cover on the weekend (Friday and Saturday) nights. There is a door girl that collects the cover, Casa is known for the $2 bills, so she gives $2 dollar bills in change. I think the door girl is available to give dances if requested, but I’ve never found a door girl there that I wanted to do dances with. They also give you a red raffle ticket (this might just be a weekend thing), I think they do the raffle around midnight. If they call your number, you get like a free dance or discounted dance, something along those lines.
