Great place. Girls are laid back and friendly. Looks are a mixed bag but there are enough reasonably hot ones that you'll have fun. Dances are a reasonable length and you get decent value for your money especially since most girls are friendly and not trying to hustle you. Staff is friendly and the other guests are mostly business professionals.
