Weird but not in a good way

Went with 3 other guys to wrap up a trip because our driver recommended the place. Upon arrival we were ignored at the counter for about 10 minutes. Cover was only $10 but still to expensive for what we got. Once inside its a pretty small space with a stage in the middle and a bar in the back left. The place was empty, maybe 2 other groups. We sat down at a table and pretty quickly 2 girls sat down with us but immediately pulled out their phones. I left to go to the atm, and when I got back they were gone. A waitress came over with some drinks and said one of my friends ordered them and that I owed $20. He came back and said he never ordered any drinks.

Over the course of the next hour we moved to a closer table and was greeted by one girl who started giving a lap dance right there, but when asked to go private she refused and then left.

We stayed for 3 dancers, tipping each of them $10-20 but were never talked to again. My friend was tipping the last dancer when another customer told him to get out of the way so he could make it rain. the stage was then empty for 15 minutes so we left, and it was only 1130pm.
