The Miraculous Recoveries at The Church

The Saint James (often referred to as “The Church” by its faithful acolytes) has been the site of many a hallelujah moments. I am happy to be able to report a few.

If you have not been to the St. James, it is located on Houston’s north side, not too far from the larger of Houston’s two international airports. I have not been to all of Houston’s strip clubs, but I have at least passing familiarity with most of the bigger clubs. I regard the St. James as easily among the top Houston clubs in terms of the size, lighting and physical appeal of the clubs. There are four stages in the club. The main stage is the only one used regularly, but the two side stages on the ground floor will also be used if the club is sufficiently busy. The fourth stage (upstairs) is sometimes used in the evenings and at night if the club is really busy and if there are enough dancers on hand.

Come to think of it, there is a fifth stage, above and behind the main stage. I have rarely seen it in use, but it is a shower stage that can accommodate two girls.
