Worst exchange rate in years

I visited the GTA for work a few weeks ago, and after an evening out for a concert, decided to head to Cafe Atlantis to unwind before returning to my hotel. Being used to mostly small dive bar-sized strip clubs that I frequent back home in NJ, I was surprised by how big the club is. I didn't check out any Google street view or anything ahead of time. It was relatively easy to find using Waze. The parking lot seemed pretty large (makes sense, since the building is large) and I was able to grab a space pretty close to the door. The club is down a very empty street in an industrial area - there was basically nothing but suburban office buildings and garages nearby, but they weren't even all that close to the club.

Once inside, there was no cover. I found it hilarious reading the reviews on TUSCL before my visit that all mentioned the bathroom and hand dryers. It's easy to see why - the bathroom is RIGHT by the front door, just to the left. And when I was about to leave the club at the end of my visit and actually used that bathroom, the stupid dryer wasn't working, just as the guy with the proprietary rating system mentioned. The bathroom didn't strike me as particularly clean, nor was it as grotesque as some I've seen in other clubs.

There is a bar on the left, past the bathroom, and I was hoping to grab a drink there, but the bartender was occupied, so I kept walking, noticing that there were waitresses circulating. Also probably about 20 women, mostly younger, mixed races, generally pretty attractive. I sat next to an Asian dancer and she asked if she could get a little closer to me. I said sure. Shortly after sitting down, the waitress came over and took my drink order. No IPAs available, so I asked for a Heineken. She was back very quickly with the bottle. I don't remember specifically how much the beer was, but I remember it being close to $10 CAD. That's a lot, but there was no cover to get in and non-VIP dances are only $20, so I guess it's ok.
