Next Time I’m in Philly I’ll be headed elsewhere

I went to the Gold Club on Wednesday around 6PM. Being in Center City Gold Club was the closest club. Located almost in a back alley by a parking garage I was pleasantly surprised that the club interior seemed decent. Entered through a mirrored glass door and there was no doorman or bouncer at the time. The club is quite small. The restrooms are to your right as soon as you enter and the bar is just past the restrooms. Small stage with 2 poles up front. Lounge seating takes the rest of the main booth. Actual DJ booth is in the far corner next to the lap dance area. There were 3 guys when I arrived to 2 dancers. Both dancers were sitting and chatting with customers and no one was on stage. Cute bartender came over after I grabbed a seat, as with many clubs she was easily the best looking employee. I’d rate both dancers as a 6 on the looks scale as they had decent bodies. Hung out for almost 15 minutes till I was approached by a dancer. Was approached by a young AA dancer and was quoted $40/4 minutes or 140 for 15 minutes. Went for 15 and followed her to the back. 5-6 lap dance rooms are in the back all with curtains and seemed like no cameras. Dancer closed the curtains which completely block the view. Was surprised when I got one of the worst lap dances of my life. Dancer said she was new but even for a new dancer I was disappointed. Two way contact was there but that’s only good thing I can say. Proceeded to get 2 more rounds of dances with the other 2 dancers on shift, a 3rd dancer has shown up. More of the same mechanical lifeless dances. No real grind and no energy. Might as well have been 2 boards rubbing against 1 another. Night shift was supposedly in soon but after dropping 400 for the lamest experience of my strip club experience. I was there around the time shifts swapped but still. Next time I’m in town I’ll head to Delilah’s or Cheerleaders where the girls are way hotter and the dances are decent if tame.
