Only worth it for the cheap drinks.

Typical dive it's always been. Musty, smokey, poor service. Overweight, pregnant dancers. The only reason I ever stop in is there is no cover, free parking, and cheap drinks, and it's only a mile from home. The bartender is pretty hot but won't give you a dance, not that you would want to have any kind of fun in that nasty, completely open, "VIP room".
