Is this a strip club?

I'm not sure what this place is...

I went on a Saturday, early evening. There was plenty of parking in a fairly large, dumly lit parking lot behind the building. Club was fairly easy to find, but if I wasn't looking for it, I never would have guessed it was a strip club.

After finding the entrance, which was not at all obvious I entered to a fairly well lit bar. I immediately felt uncomfortable from the looks I was getting from the 3 or 4 people in the bar, 5 if you count the bartender. I only noticed one woman in the room. She was sidled up to the bar and looked to be in her 50s and fairly ragged. To be honest I wasn't sure if she was a stripper or a customer.
