I used to be a regular when they were Pop-a-Top and Playpen, but things changed quite a bit since it was rebuilt. Went on a few different days. Once was a Saturday not too long after they opened. 2 girls working and they said they were getting licensed for 18 year-old dancers. Girl came over and hung out with me for a couple. Next time was a Friday night, probably 4 girls none of which seemed interested in dancing and only the top came off. Sat at the rail for a couple songs and tipped but the girl seemed to be mad. Third time was a weekday around 3 in the afternoon. Again only a few girls and uninteresting dances. Don't know if or when I'll be back.
