I was driving through Kansas and felt like taking a break since I was close to a college town. I hadn't been to any Lawrence clubs before so had no idea what to expect. Definitely felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, but not at all unsafe. The building was long and narrow and was fairly crowded with both patrons and dancers. Cheap cover and cheap dances were very welcome.
The music was a variety and wasn't too loud. Everyone seemed to be relaxed and having a good time, lots of college aged customers.
I'd say there were at least 12-15 girls of mixed quality, and two that were definitely my type- athletic and lean. One blonde and one black girl named Cleo. Cleo noticed me admiring her and introduced herself. We chatted for a few minutes before she had to dance and I told her I wanted a dance afterwards. What surprised me was that she had me lean back on a low stage type area and danced over me, with plenty of contact. It was not private so it didn't get too intense, but she was so sexy and enthusiastic it was well worth it. Looking forward to seeing her again. I didn't have much time to spare so I left on a high note after meeting Cleo.
