Best bang for the buck!

King Of Diamonds is in a safe neighborhood and has a huge parking lot providing ample free parking. There’s only one way in with the typical counter and a bouncer behind glass that scans your ID and collects the cover of $10 after 6pm. I never gave one thought about the cleanliness, lighting or music level so that tells me they got that just right. There’s minimum talking by the DJ between songs but she did remind us a couple times that this is a no touch club. There’s a few TV’s with sports playing on them but this wouldn’t be a place I would go if that was my main focus.

There were probably 15 girls working around 7pm on a Friday when I was there last. One was Asian with huge fake jugs, most were Caucasian but my favorite was a super hot black woman with a gun and a rose tattooed on her thigh. Next time I go I will be sure to get her name. She gave a fantastic table dance and gave me a little bonus time by starting half way through a song without charging me. Overall there’s just the right amount of interaction from the dancers. They weren’t too pushy but did approach especially if I was looking at them. 3 out of 4 actually started a conversation first. The 4th one just asked if I wanted a dance. The bouncers kept to themselves but from what I could see it was a pretty mellow crowd that was behaving as they should. There was one bouncer with enormous muscles milling around the main stage as a visual deterrent that appeared to be quite effective. There’s a waitress or two so you don’t have to walk to one of the 2 bars and there’s minimal food offered. Frozen Heggies pizza and a couple appetizers but that’s about it.

Drinks are reasonably priced. I had a light beer that was $4. Table dances are only $10 on the floor. VIP is 3 songs for $95 or $200 for a half hour. There’s no touching on the main floor but some light touching is allowed in the VIP but you may not touch their boobs. There is some grinding by the girls but nothing crazy.

KOD is a relaxing, low pressure club that should satisfy most people. There’s no dress code so come as you are and have a good time. I will be back many times due to it being in a safe location and it’s reasonably priced. A $100 will go a lot further here than anyplace I’ve been in Minneapolis.
