The Basics

Sugars is a small club seating ~30 people on U.S. Route 99, an old interstate with car dealerships, fast food joints, no-tell motels, hookers, dealers, junkies, etc. It’s not far from several high-priced neighborhoods, though. Dancing this night were ~5 girls: AAs, mixed, and Caucasians in the 5-7 range. There’s a DJ, a giant roided-out bouncer, a manager, and a waitress who seemed too terrified to pour me a seltzer without signoff from the manager. There’s an element of Seattle Mob-light here, and I guess this array of dunces are an indication of what that gets you staffing wise. Entrance was 15 including a mandatory drink, nonalcoholic due to WA state regulations. Dances are $40 for 1, 3/$100, and VIP is $30 to rent for 15 minutes plus $300 for the girl. The music is the usual stripper R&B shit. I visited around 11PM on a Friday. There were less than 10 PLs in attendance. I paid $15 entrance + $5 tip + 2 LDA dances @$40 + 1 VIP @330 + $20 tip = $450. So SUCK. ON. THAT. review cops.
