My Old Reliable Came Through
TL;DR The loss of Misty is a big blow, but otherwise the club is back to the old, pre-COVID Bullet.
Got there a little before 9PM to avoid paying the $5 cover. Easy self-parking as usual. (Pretty much every sentence could have an "as usual", so I'll skip it from know on.) Decor has not changed, utilitarian, across-from-the-plant look and lighting level. Can't say about drink prices since I don't drink. I can't remember seeing a Bullet waitress or bartender sitting, they're rarely even standing still, so I think it must be no problem getting a drink when you want one.
VIP is still a cheesy row of bar stools behind the stage, but they are packed together again like before COVID. Dances are nominally $15 a song, but the more popular dancers may not bother with you if you don't pay $20. Still no boob touching, I've never seen anyone get away with breaking this rule (so needless to say no extras). I got dances from old favs, Kali, Ari and May. Raven was there, looking good, but busy with regulars. Kali, a long-time Bullet dancer, had some seriously major car drama, ended up having to buy a new car. All the stress killed her appetite, so if anyone's nostalgic for teenage spinner Kali, this is the time to go see her. Ashley, another longtime Bullet dancer was also working.
