I've read elsewhere that this club offers great value for money, and I suppose it does relative to other London clubs, but if you're used to the hotter American clubs, Brown's will probably be a disappointment. The girls are attractive, friendly, and not at all pushy--definitely some 7s and 8s, and no bowsers. And the club is a pub, so it has a full bar, and the prices are no different than other pubs (also, no cover, which is nice). However, the BIG disappointment is that there's a girl on stage only about 3 minutes out of every 15! That's right, after each dance, the stage is empty (with a screen showing live sports) for much longer than the dance itself. I was there 9-11 on a Friday night and it was crowded but not overwhelming--plenty of good sight lines to the elevated main stage. Private dances (at 15 pounds) are no-touch table dances in a rather well-lit room in back (about half a dozen couches)--nice enough, and longer than many US clubs, but formulaic, and no, no, no touching (which seems true for all of London). No real tipping, either, but the next girl comes around with a beer mug and collects a pound coin from every patron before going on stage, so you can get a good look and ask her to come visit when she's finished.
