A Decent Time for Northern Wisconsin

So I’ve been here before, but it’s been at least a few years. I had some free time the other day so I figured I’d stop by and see if anything had changed. As soon as I walked in I noticed they had a metal detector which definitely wasn’t there the last time I’d been there. I’m not sure what had happened to make them feel like they needed a metal detector, but it didn’t make me feel great about being there (even though everything ended up being completely fine when I was there).

After walking through the entrance I got to the main area which was slightly different than the last time I had been there, but not too much. The biggest difference I noticed was that their private dance area had different couches. They still had a big stage to the left with the bar to the right. The main area is still pretty wide open which is nice when it gets busy.

Anyways, the night I went was completely dead! There were about 5 dancers, 2 bartenders, and 0 customers besides me. It felt weird because as soon as I walked in, everyone looked at me and I’m a little shy. To be fair, I stopped by at 6:30 on a Saturday, so they had just opened, but it was still weird. I sat on a barstool facing the stage and watch a cute white girl dancing.
