Small club - strict touching rules; girls be hussling

I came on a Tuesday around 10pm. There's a narrow alley you drive down to get to the parking lot; there was plenty of parking but I didn't feel like it was well lit. I walked inside and there was a girl (one of the dancers, possibly) that was taking cover.

The club is fairly small, enough for a stage in the center (with seating all around it) and then a wall with a bench behind that. There's two small areas with additional seating aside from that, but the dancers were taking up most of that area most of the night. There was always a girl on stage that would give you more "attention" if you tipped, but never with any contact. I sat down by the stage and a latina (probably a 5-6) sat by me and chatted me up for a bit... the conversation was a little awkward, it was clear she was searching for things to talk to me about. A waitress came by and asked me if I wanted to get her a drink, which ends up being a $12 non-alcoholic "dancer drink" that they get money from. The girl was one of the cuter ones working that night (though not my usual type), so I agreed to do a single dance with her ($40). We paid in advance, by the bar, where I was pressed to give the hostess another tip.

We went to the back where there were a grand total of 4 "private" booths for lap dances... and had to wait because they were full. We sat and waited for one to open up. When we got inside, she told me I could touch anything except tits and pussy. Also mentioned that security could see us because the booths all had cameras. The dance had some good contact but nothing with her hands... and the kicker was she never went topless. She told me later that "she doesn't strip" which would have been amazing to know beforehand. She also asked for a tip after the dance was over, which I would never have offered considering the disappointing dance. Anyway, I think I bought one more dancer a drink but didn't ask for another dance. Knowing the weird rules in this city, probably will be the last time I try to club here.
