Great venue but talent varies and YMMV

This review was before T-giving. This is a great venue with easy access to main roads. The area is safe and the property is in great condition. It opened as a Hustler club more than a dozen years ago and was built ground-up as a premium strip club. They spared no expense when they built it, but the 2008 recession closed it. There is a main level with a center stage and a second level with a separate bar and smoking area where you can look down to the first level center stage. There are separate VIP rooms with various accoutrements on the second floor. None of the rooms are small and some the rooms have their own bathroom. I think most of the rooms have flat panels TV's to view the main stage. Great facility. A little out of the way (Lincoln Park) but one of the best in the Detroit area. Definitely worth visiting, but your experience depends on the talent.

Parking is free and door was $10. No masks. I took a table next to the stage and there weren't many people here. The first two ladies were just okay, a little chubby, but the third looked great and I was pretty happy when we made eye contact. She didn't move that great but her pole skills were excellent. She came right over and I bought her drink. After loosening up she started to smile and told me she used to dance at the vu in Ypsilanti until there was a fire and now the club was having trouble reopening. We had acquaintances in common and the communication was comfortable. After discussing rates we got a room upstairs for a half-hour ($20) with a big sectional unit and plenty of room. The room was great.

Her dancing was awkward and her mood subdued. She needed money and wasn't very happy or much fun. That should have been my clue. The dance was nude but she freaked if I touched anywhere out-of-bounds... which was almost everywhere. She had a new baby and she needed money to get to Texas. I kind of lost interest in her and decided to keep my side of the arrangement. I wasn't looking for extras and didn't ask for them but I look for a connection. If I make a connection I spend more and I like exchanging money for fun. We went way past the time limit, which made it worthwhile, but I lost interest and her baby mommy brain (and body) didn't meet my needs. I could have tried another dancer but it was time to end the evening. I'll be back again but more choosy. I've been here before and the place had a crazier vibe and much better talent.
