" Toys for Tatas 2021 "

IT'S BACK ! (No party last year due to COVID) Friday, December 10, 2021, 6AM to 10 AM, "Toys for Tatas!" with $10 cover or free cover for an unwrapped toy totaling ten dollars or more and Free breakfast burritos with 94 Rock broadcasting live. It used to be held at TD's Eubank, but when I found out it was happening at TD's North I had to be there. I arrived after 8 AM after making an excuse to leave work. Parking lot was full. Almost no line at the door with the doorman dressed up as Santa Claus with the usual security wand at the door and scanning of my driver's license. Showed my unwrapped toy and grabbed a beer for $5.75, from the door girl. Masks were being offered as you entered. Place was packed. It was hard to find a seat. It reminded me of past days of TD's North. All the tables were full. People were drinking and laughing. Everyone was having a good time. Of course 94ROCK was in corner to the left of the door broadcasting with a big pile of toys nearby. Talent was 4s to 8s and very busy. No floor dances going on or seen. The girls would whisk someone away to the VIP Room or Casablanca Room. I did see one gentleman disappear into the Champagne Room for at least 30 min (One of the dancers had told me it was $255 for 1/2 hour and $500 for a full hour.) I saw Chloe, Royal, Sunshine, Natalya, Celine, and Alexis take the stage. Saw mostly brunettes, a couple blondes, no redheads, and mostly Latinos, Caucasians, a couple AA. Music was way too loud and the DJ still garbled most of the dancers names. After surveying and taking it all in, I managed to sample a few VIP dances at $25 each. It was hard to gauge the talent without a floor dance, but I went for it and found a couple of diamonds in the rough. I miss table dances (which used to be $10). It made sampling go much further. I made a few new friends at the table next to mine and overall, I had a good time. It brought back memories of TD's North past.
