In pre-covid times, I was a regular of Archibald's, going in the afternoon at least once a week. The club is cozy, to say the least, and the women vary in terms of attractiveness, dancing ability, and friendliness. There are a few dancers who are 10's, but do absolutely nothing on the stage except spin around, then go hang out with customers just to get one-on-one tips and drinks. That's boring. There are a few girls who are great to talk to, though, and get to know regulars.
You can go in here and be left alone and soak in the talent, if you want, which can be helpful if you aren't having a great day. When I attended there wasn't a cover, but they did start doing an ID scan a while ago, which I don't like.
Drink prices are about what you would except from a club, and if the club owner (the guy with one arm) thinks you aren't drinking enough drinks per hour, he'll harass you and tell you to spend more money, though that mainly happens at night.
If you're going on your lunch break, this place works, or first thing after work lets out. But for a Saturday night, go to Camelot instead.
